At check-in we informed him that we were celebrating our anniversary and he quickly upgraded our room! Tyler also had a nice card, wine, and desserts delivered to our room later that night! On our last day, we made our way to the bar downstairs and were served the most delicious drinks by Alexis! She was very kind and personable! Overall, this hotel is amazing. The property is beautiful, clean, and in a convenient location. Whenever I return to Atlanta, I will definitely be staying here again!

We loved this place! The thick walls were a lifesaver since we had a 1-year-old who was constantly making noise, and it made us feel less worried about disturbing others. The staff were incredible—so kind and attentive. They checked in on us regularly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, like providing a crib and microwave. It really felt like they cared, which made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free.

The front desk staff and valet staff was always very friendly and courteous. They were prepared for my late arrival and made me feel welcome upon entering the hotel. Front desk staff and valet staff were also consistently helpful and answered any questions I had throughout my stay. Both were attentive, as well.

Hotel does not have grab bars in each bathroom. Requested a room with grab bars (not a rollin shower setup) and they adjusted that. GRAB BARS SB IN EVERY BATHTUB SETUP. A $20 ITEM TO SAVE SOMEONE FROM FALLING!
